For the correct assembly of the CLOSETLAB Uno system, you will need two solid VALLSTENA doors or equivalent. A second door is used as a solid back panel.

Assembly – What to expect

Assembly takes approximately 3-4 hours in total (plus 24 hours drying time) and requires basic DIY experience. You will saw and drill openings in the cabinet, mount the technical components according to illustrated instructions, and seal all transitions with the included sealing and aluminum tape. No prior electrical knowledge is required - all connections are designed as plug-and-click systems. A printed step-by-step guide and a video guide on YouTube are included.

Tip: Sawing and drilling work can be done directly at the hardware store if desired - many hardware stores offer this service at low cost.

Required tools and materials (not in kit)

• Drill with wood drill bits Ø 19 mm and Ø 2–3 mm, jigsaw (or cutting service at the hardware store)
• Cordless screwdriver or Phillips screwdriver
• Caulking gun + white assembly silicone
• Scissors, utility knife, masking tape
• Isopropanol for degreasing adhesive surfaces
• Safety goggles and gloves
